How soon can I start after purchasing??
Our fully automated system typically completes initialization and delivers access within 1–5 minutesof payment confirmation. You will receive both an email notification and a console alert with your login credentials. If provisioning takes more than 10 minutes, please contact support.
How do I power on, off, or restart my device??
On the order details page in the console, the top action bar provides "Power On」「Power Off」「Restart" buttons. Click any of them to remotely control the device power state; the result updates in real time.
How do I view my device's configuration??
Log in to the console and click the relevant order to open the details page. The Device Info section shows the full hardware spec: model (Mac Mini M4), CPU cores (10-core), memory (16 GB), storage (256 GB NVMe SSD), bandwidth (1 Gbps dedicated), and public IPv4 address.

How do I connect via VNC remote desktop??
Tip:On first connection you will be prompted for the VNC password, which is displayed in the "Access Credentials" section of your order details in the console.。
How do I connect via SSH??
ssh admin@<your-IP> -p <port>
Paste and run it in a macOS/Linux terminal or Windows PowerShell. The password is also found in Access Credentials.。
Can I use third-party remote desktop software??
Yes. You have full macOS admin access and can install any remote tool you like—Apple Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, Tailscale, etc. You can also enable the native macOS Screen Sharing service.

Is the device a dedicated physical machine or a VM??
Dedicated physical machine—no virtualization. Each user gets a real Mac Mini M4 with exclusive CPU, memory, and storage. No resource contention, 100% performance.
Is the bandwidth and IP address dedicated??
Yes. Each device is assigned a dedicated public IPv4 addressand an exclusive 1 Gbps network port—no shared bandwidth. An optional Thunderbolt 5 interconnect service (80 Gbps) is also available for building multi-machine clusters.
What is the "Thunderbolt 5 Interconnect Service"?」?
This is VmMac's premium interconnect service that physically links multiple Mac Minis using Thunderbolt 5's 80 Gbps ultra-fast bandwidth, forming a high-performance compute cluster. Ideal for iOS build farms, render clusters, and distributed AI inference. Can be added at purchase.
What are the differences between nodes??
Hardware specs and pricing are identical across all nodes. The difference is geographic location:
• Singapore: Low latency for Southeast Asia
• Tokyo, Japan: Premium East Asia node, stable low latency
• Seoul, Korea: Ideal for Korea and surrounding markets
• Hong Kong: Mainland China-friendly access
• US East: Covers North America and Europe
All nodes are Tier 3+ data centers with dedicated IPv4 and 1 Gbps bandwidth.

How do I check my order status and expiry date??
Log in to theConsole, the left sidebar lists all orders with their current status (Running / Expired / Pending Payment). Click any order to view the expiry date, days remaining, and full transaction history.
Will my subscription renew automatically??
Weekly/monthly/quarterly subscriptions haveauto-renewalenabled by default. A reminder email is sent before expiry. You can cancel auto-renewal in the console at any time; the service continues until the end of the current cycle. Daily rentals are one-time payments with no auto-renewal.
Which payment methods are accepted??
We currently accept Visa、Mastercard、American Express and other credit cards, plus all payment methods supported by Stripe. Payments are processed by Stripe with 256-bit TLS encryption; card details are never stored.

How do I create an account??
Visit theLogin / Register page, enter your email address. The system automatically detects whether to log you in or register a new account. New users complete registration by entering an email verification code and setting a password—about 1 minute in total.
What if I forget my password??
Visit thelogin page, enter your email to start the login flow, then click the "Forgot password?" link. You can reset your password via an email verification code.
Can one account manage multiple devices??
Yes. A single account can order and managemultiple Mac Mini devices. All orders are listed in the left sidebar of the console for easy management.

How do I contact technical support??
There are two ways:
• Ticket system (recommended): Log in to the console → click "Technical Support" → describe your issue. We respond within 2–24 hours.
• Email: Send an email to [email protected]. Please include your account email and order number for faster handling.
What should I do if my device is unresponsive??
Follow these steps:
1. Click the "Restart" button in the console, wait 2–3 minutes, then retry.
2. If still unreachable after restart, try "Power Off" → wait 30 seconds → "Power On」
3. Check your network and confirm you can reach the target node IP.
4. If none of the above works, submit a ticket with your order number—we will prioritize your case.
